taste of brazil

Tonight I conquered my Brazilian cheese ball attempt. Although when the bottom of my blender broke, and all my ingredients ran out onto the floor, and the cheeky four year old that occupies my house says "she always breaks things" I thought I might just give up these silly cooking whims. But I'm pleased to say that they taste almost as delicious as the ones in Brazil. And they are easy, and mess free.
That is, if your blender doesn't betray you.

And on that note, I figured it would be a good time to share my little Brazil notebook, full of writing, ticket stubs and other treasures gathered along the way.
