a few cards
Hola darlings. This week has been mostly unproductive craft wise for me. Work has been crazy, so I'm tired at the end of the day. A couple of weekends ago I made some teabag cards, it was one of those lovely days when one card inspires the next, and so on. A wonderfully fun creating time was had.

Inspiration Journal
I've been hugely inspired by Donna Downey, especially her 'Inspiration Journals'. A couple of weeks ago I finally made my own inspiration journal as a spot where I can paint and play with ideas and just create.
'Be You Tiful' I painted a while ago when I still lived in Edmonton, but I modified it a bit so it would fit in my journal.
'Life goes on, things change' is a line from one of my favorite Tim McGraw songs, and reminded me of the beautiful fall leaves. It was fun including the beautiful fall leaves I've been enjoying lately.
I was inspired by my journal fabric to play with some poppies:
Well thats it for now, thanks for visiting - have a great weekend!

Color Cue
Happy long weekend Monday! I've spent quite a bit of this weekend playing and being creative, and I decided to play along with a couple color challenges.
This is not a color combination I use often, so I figured it was a good challenge to play along with. I ended up making 2 very simple cards.
Thats it for now, thanks for visiting!

kraft-y creations
Good Morning! Yay, 3 day weekend! This past week it seems my favorite color for creating has been kraft. I've been inspired by my creative aunt and her teabag creations.
Well thats it for now, time for more creating! Thanks for visiting!
Both of my cards are teabag over booktext. "live well, laugh often, love much" I made for my
parents anniversary card.
I also made a really simple little notebook, with just a watercolored daffodil on the front.
